The billing requirements and challenges a practice faces are often specific to the size and specialty of its providers. This spectrum of business is encompassed within the 34-year career of our Revenue Cycle Manager, Dorene Mack. She worked as a biller in a private practice, then moved on to management positions within a prominent St. Louis-based hospital and one of the region’s leading physical therapy groups. Dorene draws from each of these positions to serve the unique needs of GBS clients. She enjoys taking a hands-on approach as she develops new strategies for the management of billing, personnel, credentialing and accounts receivable, and has demonstrated success in all cases.
